All general admission and fast pass tickets are sold in time slots. Enter on your chosen date and time slot. It is highly recommended that you purchase your tickets online. Only a limited quantity are sold each night at the ticket booth. Fast pass wait times are significantly shorter than general admission.
(Please be advised your time slot is not your haunted house entry time. Your time slot is your arrival time.)

All ticket sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS or returns, unless you purchase the purchase protection. In the event of a rain out or cancellation, your tickets will be honored on select nights, from the night of purchase to the end of the season. PURCHASE PROTECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO WEATHER CANCELLATIONS.
Online Purchased Tickets: All online ticket vouchers must be redeemed at the main entrance of the queue line of the attraction on the night of the event. If you purchase your tickets online, you DO NOT need to go to the ticket booth when you arrive at the event. (PLEASE ARRIVE TEN TO FIFTEEN MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR DESIGNATED ENTRY TIME!)
Ticket Booth Tickets: VERY LIMITED quantities of tickets are available at the ticket booth. All general admission and fast pass tickets sold at the ticket booth are still sold for designated time entry. (THE TICKET BOOTH OPENS AT 6:30 PM. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE ANY EARLIER!)
Sellouts: In the event of a sellout, The Forsaken Lands may shut down sales at the event without prior notice, and only ticket holders from prior online sales will be admitted. Notifications will be posted on our website and all social media.
Return and Refund Policy : All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or returns. In the event of a rain out or cancellation, your tickets will be honored on select nights, from the night of purchase to the end of the season.
Parking Fee $6.00: Due to a limited amount of on-site parking, there is a parking fee of $6.00. (Cash Only) The parking lot opens at 6:30 pm.
No one under the age of 13 is recommended inside the attraction. Parental discretion is strongly encouraged. All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult, 18 or older.For the safety of our guests and staff, there are NO BACKPACKS OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. (PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY UNATTENDED CHILDREN ON THE PROPERTY!)

Your ticket is a revocable license, may be taken, and admission refusal upon refund of purchase price. Holder of ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction, holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, injury, harm, death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction.
Return and Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or returns.
Privacy/Security policy: The Forsaken Lands DOES NOT sell or distribute the data we collect during the ticket purchase. We use your data to facilitate the purchase of your tickets, and to contact you regarding specific fair related activities. When you place an order for tickets with The Forsaken Lands you will be transferred to a secure website. All personal information, including credit card information, is communicated to us using encryption technology that prevents a third party from gaining access to this information.
Shipping Method: Tickets may be printed or presented on a mobile device at the event. Your ticket, with a QR code, will be emailed to you immediately after your purchase.
RAIN CHECKS
In the case of inclement weather, we will honor your ticket on select nights, from the night of purchase to the end of the season. Please check the home page of our website and social media accounts for weather closure updates.
DO NOT ENTER IF…
If you suffer from any of the following, but not limited to breathing matters, heart, mental, or physically fit issues. This attraction includes rough terrain, sudden noises, fog, strobe lights, and jarring actions. Our attraction requires you to walk long distances. Failure to follow attraction rules could result in injury or expulsion from the attraction.
Those who suffer from the following should not enter… respiratory, heart, asthma, broken bones, pregnancy, back/ neck issues, abnormal blood pressure, motion sickness, epilepsy, recent surgery, mental health issues, claustrophobia, and/ or any other conditions that have the potential of being aggravated.
Security checkpoint
Prior to entry of the property, all guests will be wand (metal detector) checked for security purposes. No backpacks or weapons of any kind will be allowed in the attraction.
Haunted House RULES…
- No running
- No photography or video inside of the attraction
- Proper footwear is required (no flip flops, high heels, etc.)
- No touching props or actors
- No eating, drinking, or smoking/ vaping
- No backpacks or weapons of any kind (guns, knives, etc.)
- Not responsible for lost or stolen items
- Do not enter if under the influence of alcohol (you may be denied access)
- Do not enter if you have any serious health concerns/ conditions
